At Pure Grace, every product is created and curated with love and deep care. We want you to feel completely confident in every purchase you make with us.

Digital Downloads
All digital download purchases are final. Because the file is delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed, we are unable to offer refunds on digital products. Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a product before buying, we are always happy to help. Just send us a message.

Physical Products
All physical product sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on jewelry or physical items. If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and we will do everything we can to make it right.

Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us and we will investigate with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
